Workshop & Machine Hire
Uniboards offers private workshop spaces alongside a fully equipped shared machine shop, ideal for craftspeople, small businesses, and makers looking to access professional equipment without the cost of owning it.
Workspaces are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, with on-site parking, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, and storage options. Members can also purchase materials such as MDF and plywood directly on-site.
Our workshop includes high-quality industrial machinery available for hire, including:
- Beam Saw (Holzma HPP 350) – precision cutting with up to 0.1mm accuracy
- Edgebander (EBM SLK 117) – clean, consistent edge banding
Machine access is charged hourly, and all equipment is well-maintained to professional standards.
Access & Safety
All users must complete a safety induction and pass basic machine assessments before using equipment. Training is available for those who need support.

Pricing
Workshop bench space starts from £45 + VAT per day (15 sqm).
Machines are available from £40 + VAT per hour.
