Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Universal Spraying Ltd. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery

Universal Spraying Ltd, trading as Uniboards, supplies and delivers wooden sheet materials within 4-15 working days. Please note that some addresses may require additional shipping charges. Delivery times may be extended based on the order volume or specific requirements.

2. Factory Services

We provide the following factory services for furniture manufacturing:

• Cut to size sheet materials to make required cutlist-sized panels
• Edgebanding
• Drilling holes for fixings and hinges
• Spray painting

Clients must supply the cutlist via our online submission gateway at cut.uniboards.co.uk, or by sending us a spreadsheet or PDF with the final sizes of panels, as well as drilling and edgebanding patterns.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the cutlist and specifications of panels provided. Universal Spraying Ltd will only be responsible for errors made in manufacturing, such as:

• Panel size discrepancies from the provided cutlist
• Wrong colour or thickness specified in the cutlist
• Damaged panels upon delivery

4. Spray Painting Service

For our spray painting service, clients must specify the colour and sheen of the finish required in writing. This information should be provided at the time of order submission.

5. Liability

Universal Spraying Ltd is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. We are only responsible for manufacturing errors as specified in section 3.

6. Additional Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply for certain delivery addresses. These charges will be communicated to the client prior to the finalization of the order.

7. Order Submission

Orders can be submitted via our website's online gateway, or by sending the required information in a spreadsheet or PDF format. Clients must ensure all details are accurate and complete to avoid any delays or errors.

8. Amendments

Universal Spraying Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their orders or services.
