2440 x 1220 Ebony Flexible Veneer Sheet – Paper Backed, Long Grain

Ebony flexible veneer sheet, 2440 x 1220mm (8x4ft), long grain. Ebony is a dramatic, very dark timber, used for striking feature pieces and inlays.

• Size: 2440 x 1220mm (8' x 4'), grain running along the 2440mm length
• Type: natural sliced ebony wood veneer
• Backing: paper backed and tenderised to break the wood fibres, so the sheet is highly flexible and easy to handle in one piece
• Finish: supplied unfinished — can be stained, oiled or lacquered after application (a sealer may be needed). The face is very thin, so sand lightly to avoid sanding through
• Application: lay onto a clean, flat, sealed substrate (e.g. MDF or plywood); a solvent-based contact adhesive is recommended

Natural timber: colour, grain and figure vary from sheet to sheet and between batches. Product image is illustrative of the species, not the exact sheet supplied. Supplied to order from our UK supplier — availability and dispatch timing are confirmed after you place your order.
